Please focus on capabilities aligned to NORDTECH priorities and Microelectronics Commons–aligned opportunities: 

  • Integration of microelectronics into defense systems (design, fabrication, advanced packaging) 

  • Compute system development for AI/ML 

  • Quantum, photonic, or cryogenic device development and subsystem integration 

  • Advanced materials or device innovations enabling next-generation electronics 

  • End-to-end system integration, test, and evaluation of mission-relevant technologies
