White papers should expand the project concept at a higher level of detail and should incorporate any feedback we provide on the Heilmeier submission.
Please ensure that the white paper reflects any refinements or capability/transition partner considerations identified during the Heilmeier feedback process.
This submission should provide a clear and cohesive picture of your project's direction and readiness.

NSTXL expects to issue a Q&A document on January 6, which is likely to be programmatic in nature, so please use your best judgment and don’t wait for answers to submit your white paper. Late submissions will not be accepted for evaluation.
