We’re ramping up for the next wave of NORDTECH activities and want you in the loop! In the weeks ahead, we’ll be sharing ways to connect, collaborate, and prepare for exciting new opportunities.

We want to ensure that our members are positioned well to respond quickly once the Call for Proposals is issued.

To support that readiness, NORDTECH is requiring all prospective proposers to provide the following pre-CFP materials:

1. Please view and complete the Intent to Submit form.

2. Draft Heilmeier Template

Due: Friday, December 5, 2025 | Heilmeier Template Link

  • A preliminary Heilmeier submission will help us understand your project concept, technical objectives and proposed impact. In addition to describing your technical aims, please clearly identify any gaps, missing capabilities, expertise, or transition partners.

  • These drafts will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and NORDTECH staff will provide feedback, where appropriate, to help strengthen and clarify your concepts ahead of the whitepaper deadline.

3. Draft White Paper                 

Due: Tuesday, December 23, 2025 | White Paper Template Link

  • Draft white papers should expand the project concept at a higher level of detail and should incorporate any feedback we provide on the Heilmeier submission.

  • Please ensure that the white paper reflects any refinements or capability/transition partner considerations identified during the Heilmeier feedback process.

  • This draft does not need to be final but should provide a clear and cohesive picture of your project's direction and readiness.

Additional Information:

  • Responses for both the Heilmeier and the White Paper should be sent to proposals@nordtechub.org and will be reviewed by NORDTECH leadership only; submissions will receive best effort feedback on a rolling basis.

  • We will update NORDTECH membership as we learn more about the Call for Projects process.
