Details of some of NORDTECH’s prototyping and core facilities are linked below (either to their website or summary slides with contact information included). The university based fabs marked with an asterisk have also been summarized in this table.

These summaries should serve as a starting point for project leads to develop a process flow that uses one or more of these facilities to create a proof of concept, and eventually, a prototype built in an industrially relevant fab.

Finally, NORDTECH is in the process of procuring and installing additional capability and capacity across our hub that will be available in the late 2024/2025 time frame. Details about these planned capital improvements can be found here. Please note that subcontracts for capital purchasing are still being negotiated, so details are limited. Once subcontracts are executed and competitive procurement is carried out, more details about these new tools (including when they should be online) will be added.
